Encounters between Jewish and Modern Thought



Course Description: A detailed exploration of how Jewish thought develops in relationship to key figures or moments in modern European philosophy (e.g., Spinoza, Kant, Hegel, Kierkegaard, Marx, Nietzsche, Heidegger). The particular focus varies from year to year.
